DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students in Lisbon in several areas.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 2 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: PEDAGOGY - Physical education
TASKS:
- Creation of maintenance of sports schedules
- Creation of sports tournaments
- Interaction with international students
- Participation in sports events for international students
- Contact and booking tasks with our sport partners
- Market study and new sport partners acquisition
- Promotion of sport events, activities, trips in Lisbon
- Provide support in the organization and execution sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
- Reception and guide students at sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
- Different kind of promotions for events, split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events, create and prepare material for the events, be part of the organizationand creation of the events and activities
WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
