DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
The intern will be integrated on the operations team of a student housing company in Lisbon. The intern will have access to a working environment, with hundreds of students that are clients of the company.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 5 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: BUSINESS - Accounting & Finance, Business administration, Hospitality management, Tourism
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable Background in Management, Business or other related area
- Ideally the candidate should: be a problem solver, be a creative thinker, like new challenges, be pro-active and be communicative.
TASKS:
- Visiting housing unit of the company
- Control of the maintance and conditions of each apartment
- Development of online communication channels (Facebook, email or our webpage)
- Development marketing campaigns
- Designing strategies and processes to improve the company's performance
- Performing direct sales on both online and offline channels
- Organize Contracts
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:
