DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
The WOTELS established itself as the largest national Hybrid Lodging chain now has 12 units among them Hotels, Apartments, Guest Houses and Hostels, spread throughout Portugal - Lisboa, Porto, Lagos, etc.
All our properties are designed and prepared to welcome travellers from all over the world.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 4 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: BUSINESS - Tourism
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service abilities.
Quick learning attitude.
Prior experience in handling travellers. Capability to work effectively under pressure. Problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in the English language.
Availability to stay with us for a minimum period of four months.
TASKS:
- Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests including front of house but also dealing with general office duties, (emails, bookings, payments) to ensure the smooth running of the reception.
- To perform tasks related to the front of house operations.
- Efficiently and politely handle customer complaints seeking solutions together with your peers.
- To assist in keeping the hotel clean together with WOT cleaning ninjas staff.
- Attend all training as required.
- Engage with travellers, receive their orders, and deliver beverages and refreshments in accordance with WOT protocols.
- Offering all WOT experiences to travellers
- But mainly Assure that all customers get the WOT experience.
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
