LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: BUSINESS - Hospitality management, Tourism
REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in tourism, and marketing.
- Into photography
- Social Media user experience
- Flexible Schedule
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
TASKS:
- Meeting point management and coordination and promotion of tours;
- Promotion and material delivery with partners and other businesses;
- Back-office assistance (Help with bookings, reports & statistics) and Marketing Research
- Contact with hotels, tour guides, and other suppliers; Building up a database
- Promotion of tours and pickups of guests at partner hostels
- Join tours to gather content (photos, and videos, collect reviews)
- Social media management;
- Community management;
- Keeping abreast of trends, best practices, and tools related to social media management.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
