DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
We're here to help you from even before your arrival till the end of your exchange experience. Every semester we organize over 100 trips & activities such as city tours, wine tastings, parties, skydive, bbq, surf lessons, trips to Algarve & Porto, boat parties, excursions to all over Portugal
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably background in Marketing, Communication, Management, Tourism or a related area
- Social Media user experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility and strong organisational skills
- Team working skills
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeships the trainee must have a Portuguese number (provided by the company)
- Online Marketing knowledge is valued
- Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is valued
TASKS:
- Manage the website and social media channels
- Promotion of evetns, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
- Content creation for newsletter and social media
- Provide support and important information about Lisbon
- Logistics: create the promotion schedule for the team, preparing different kinds of promotions; split and delegate tasks to the team to collect material for future promotions.
- Provide support in the organization and execution of events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal.
- Community management tasks
- Administration tasks
- Interaction with international students
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
