DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Erasmus Life Porto is a non-profit organization and our main goal is to make students feel like at home and to make their exchange experience unforgettable. We organize several trips from north to south, many local activities and multiple parties a week in the best clubs in Porto.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism or other related areas
- Knowledge in Social Media
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility, and organisational skills
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English

TASKS:

• Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
• Reception and guide students at events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal
• Provide general support in booking and sales tasks
• Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Porto
• Manage websites and social media channels
• Promotion of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto
• Logistics: prepare the different kinds of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organisation and creation of events and activities.

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION: NO
