INT039: Partnerships and Management Intern Apply

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This organization was created to provide support to international students or young graduates in finding internship opportunities in Portugal.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: BUSINESS - Business administration

REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

TASKS:

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of individuals to effectively execute partnership strategies and meet organizational goals.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and landlords who align with our company's objectives and values.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with potential partners, negotiate terms, and ultimately secure partnership agreements.
• Management: Oversee the tasks of the team
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal team members and external partners throughout the partnership process.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
