REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- English fluency
- Adaptability and proactivity
- Sales skills
The company is always recruiting.
Working days and shifts rotate each week (2 days off a week included)
TASKS:
- Manage reservations and welcome guests as they check in for their adventures.
- Help preparing our tours, by doing check-in and assisting clients with anything they need before the tours take place
- Provide our partners with necessary marketing materials on a weekly basis
- Handle booking support, answer questions, and help make sure each guest has an unforgettable experience.
- * Coordinate with guides for a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
