INT009 : Recruiter Assistant - Process Manager Trainee

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This position is in the Human Resources department of an Organization that provides support to international students in finding internship opportunities in Portugal

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: BUSINESS - Human resources management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Human Resources, Communication or other related area
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Creativity and Flexibility
- Team work
- Honest, dedicated and hard-working

TASKS:

  • Helping candidates finding a suitable position in Portugal;
  • Assess candidates profiles to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility and match to available positions;
  • Scheduling job interviews and perform interview process;
  • Build and manage candidates’ database;
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases updated;
  • Send canditates profiles to companies when they match the required criteria;
  • Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards;
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Analyse and Report relevant information and improvement to manager.

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

  • English B2/C1
