DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This Traineeship is in an organisation that organizes parties in a typical sail boat cruising along the Tagus river.
During the traineeship, the trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organisation and execution of several tasks to improve the overall performance of the organization
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREAS:
BUSINESS - Business administration, Hospitality management, Tourism
MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Marketing; Communication, Tourism, Public Relations or related field;
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Energetic and Resourcefull
- Flexible work schedule
- Knowing your way around Lisbon is preferable as well as experience with Boat parties
TASKS:
- Partner management (hostels & hotels)
- Responsible for coordination of outdoor flyering activities
- Co-responsible for partners: ask me lisboa, tourism offices & other strategic partners
- Co-responsible for contact with travel operators
- Help with External Sales/E-mailing
- Inventory of events and material
- e-commerce
- The intern will have brief access to social media insight, online plataforms.
- Social media supervision
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
