DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students in Lisbon in several areas.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: BUSINESS - Hospitality management, Tourism, Cultural management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism or other related areas
- Knowledge in online and Social Media
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility, and organisational skills
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeship the trainee must have a Portuguese phone number (card will be provided by the company)

- Experience in the area will be considered
- Photoshop and Illustrator skills is valued

TASKS:

• Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Lisbon and around Portugal
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits;
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details;
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day;
• Reception and guide students at events, activities, trips and other events in Lisbon and around Portugal
• Provide general support in booking and sales tasks
• Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Lisbon
• Manage websites and social media channels
• Promotion of events, activities , trips and other events in Lisbon
• Logistics: prepare the different kind of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organisation and creation of events and activities.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
