DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
The intern will be integrated on the operations team of a student housing company in Lisbon. The intern will have access to a working environment, with hundreds of students that are clients of the company.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 5 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: BUSINESS - Business administration, Hospitality management, Tourism
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Management, Business, or other related areas
- Ideally the candidate should: be a problem solver, be a creative thinker, like new challenges, be pro-active and be communicative.
- The internship will require both office work and onsite
- Level of language proficiency: English B2/C1
TASKS:
- Being capable of organising information about the facilities
- Being able to comunicate with clients
- Perform extensive verifications and inventory of the assets of the company and rooms
- Evaluate the work performed by other teams
- Support purchase department
- Develop and support existing processes
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
